Melanie is an Appalachian State grad from NC and is a former Career Counselor serving at several US military bases. Melanie is in the “business of happy!” She enjoys working with clients and goes above and beyond to help them find happiness whether they are buying or selling. She brakes for junk exchanges and antique stores and in her spare time, she loves tubing down the rivers and jumping off the big rock at Skinny Dip Falls (with her clothes on)!
